In accordance with Article 27 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Legal Acts”, the akimat of the Irgiz district DECIDES:
1. To recognize as invalid:
1) Resolution of the Akimat of the Irgiz district dated December 5, 2022 No. 234 “On establishing a quota of jobs for the employment of persons registered with the probation service in the Irgiz district for 2023”;
2) Resolution of the Akimat of the Irgiz district dated December 5, 2022 No. 235 “On establishing a quota of jobs for the employment of persons registered with the probation service in the Irgiz district for 2023”;
3) Resolution of the Akimat of the Irgiz district dated December 5, 2022 No. 236 “On establishing a quota of jobs for the employment of persons released from prison in the Irgiz district for 2023.”
2. This resolution comes into effect upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the day of its first official publication.
