In accordance with Articles 6 and 39-3 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On local government and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan" and the order of the Minister of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 23, 2023 No. 122 "On approval of the Model Rules for holding separate gatherings of the local community" (registered in the Register of State Registration of Normative Legal Acts under No. 32894), Irgiz District Maslikhat DECIDED:
1. Approve the attached Rules for holding separate gatherings of the local community in the Irgiz district.
2. To recognize as invalid some decisions of the Irgiz district maslikhat in accordance with Appendix 2 to this decision:
3. This decision shall come into effect upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the day of its first official publication.
