In accordance with paragraph 2-10 of Article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Local Government and Self-Government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", Order of the Minister of Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 14, 2023 No. 181 "On Approval of the Rules for the Payment of Tourist Fees for Foreigners", Irgiz district maslikhat DECIDED:
1. Approve the rates of the tourist fee for foreigners in places of accommodation for tourists for 2023 in the amount of 0.2 (zero point two tenths) of the monthly calculation index.
2. This decision shall enter into force ten calendar days after the day of its first official publication.
