In accordance with Article 28 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 28, 1995 "On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan" and Article 31 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2001 "On Local State Administration and Self-Government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", the Akimat of Irgiz District DECIDES:
1. Determine, together with the Irgiz District Territorial Election Commission (as agreed), a list of places for placing campaign printed materials of candidates during the election period in accordance with the annex.
2. The control over the execution of this resolution shall be entrusted to the head of the administration of the akim of the district A. Turtaev.
3. This resolution shall enter into force from the date of its first official publication.
