In accordance with articles 35, 37 of the Law "On local government and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", subparagraph 4) of article 14 of the Law "On the administrative-territorial structure of the Republic of Kazakhstan", taking into account the opinion of the inhabitants of the village of Irgiz and on the basis of the conclusion of the regional onomastic commission of Aktyubinka region dated July 20, 2022, the akim of the Irgiz rural district DECIDED:
1. Rename the street "20th Anniversary of Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan" in the village of Irgiz, Irgiz rural district to the street "Abay".
2. Rename the street "Abay Kunanbaev" in the village of Irgiz, Irgiz rural district to the street "Zharmola".
3. The state institution "Machinery of the akim of the Irgiz rural district of the Irgiz district of the Aktobe region" in the manner prescribed by law to ensure:
1) state registration of this decision in the Department of Justice of the Aktobe region;
2) send this decision for official publication in printed periodicals and the reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
4. The control over the execution of this decision shall be assigned to the chief specialist of the administration of the akim of the Irgiz rural district M. Abdirakhman.
5. This decision shall enter into force from the date of its first official publication.
