In accordance with subparagraph 1) of article 8 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On pastures" and article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On local government and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", the Irgiz district maslikhat DECIDED:
1. Approve the Plan for the management of pastures and their use in the Irgiz district for 2023–2024 in accordance with the annexes to this decision.
2. The state institution "Apparatus of the Irgiz regional maslikhat" to ensure the placement of this decision on the Internet resource after its official publication.
3. This decision shall enter into force from the date of its first official publication.
