In accordance with paragraph 4 of Article 9, subparagraph 6) of Article 14, paragraph 1 of Article 21, Article 22 of the Constitutional Law "On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan" and on the basis of the Resolution of the Central Election Commission dated September 11, 2020 No. 21/323 "On determining the number elected deputies of maslikhats” Irgiz Regional Electoral Commission DECIDES:
1. Form 10 single-mandate territorial constituencies for the election of deputies of the Irgiz district maslikhat within the boundaries in accordance with the annex to this resolution.
2. Send the resolution to the Irgiz district maslikhat.
3. Post this resolution on the Internet resource of the Irgiz regional election commission and in the regional newspaper "Yrgyz"
4. This resolution shall enter into force on January 1, 2023.
