In accordance with Article 113-1 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan", the Irgiz District Election Commission DECIDES:
1. Schedule the elections of the akim of the Kumtogay rural district of the Irgiz district for February 12, 2023.
2. Set the nomination of candidates from January 5, 2023 and the deadline for nominating candidates for akims of the Kumtogay rural district to eighteen hours local time on January 17, 2023.
3. Set the deadline for registration of candidates for akims of the Kumtogai rural district to eighteen hours local time on January 22, 2023.
4. Publish this resolution on the website of the Irgiz district election commission and in the district newspaper Yrgyz.
