In accordance with paragraph 3 of Article 10 of the Constitutional Law “On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan” and the Resolution of the Irgiz District Election Commission No. 31 dated December 29, 2022 “On the Formation of Territorial Constituencies for the Election of Deputies of the Irgiz District Maslikhat”, the Irgiz District Election Commission DECIDES:
1. Form 10 district election commissions in the respective single-mandate territorial constituencies for the election of deputies of the Irgiz district maslikhat.
2. Send a resolution to the Irgiz district maslikhat for the formation of district election commissions of single-mandate territorial constituencies for the election of deputies of the Irgiz district maslikhat.
3. Post this resolution on the Internet resource of the Irgiz District Election Commission.
4. This resolution shall enter into force on January 1, 2023.
