In accordance with paragraph 3-1 of Article 41 of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, subparagraph 1) of Article 12, Articles 51-1, 66-1 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 28, 1995 "On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan", the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:
1. Approve the attached Calendar plan of the main events for the preparation and conduct of early elections of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, scheduled for November 20, 2022 (hereinafter - the Calendar plan).
2. Send the Calendar Plan to regional, cities of republican significance and the capital of the Republic of Kazakhstan to election commissions to ensure the organization and conduct of elections.
3. Publish this resolution in the media.
