In accordance with article 31 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2001 "On local government and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", paragraph 1 of article 97 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 16, 1997 "On housing relations" and the order of the chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for construction and housing and communal services dated August 26, 2011 No. 306 "On approval of the Methodology for calculating the amount of payment for the use of housing from the state housing stock" (registered in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts No. 7232), the akimat of the Irgiz district DECIDES:
1. To introduce the following amendments and additions to the resolution of the Akimat of the Irgiz district dated October 30, 2020 No. 235 “On establishing the amount of payment for the use of housing from the state housing stock of the Irgiz district” (registered in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts No. 7570):
the appendix to the said resolution shall be stated in a new wording in accordance with the annex to this resolution.
2. To impose control over the execution of this resolution on the supervising deputy akim of the Irgiz district.
3. This Resolution shall enter into force ten calendar days after the day of its first official publication.
