In accordance with subparagraph 9) of Article 14, Article 45, paragraph 1 of Article 113-11 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan", on the basis of the protocol of the election commission on the results of the elections of the akim of the Kyzylzhar rural district of the Irgiz district of the Aktobe region, held "31 » July 2022, the Irgiz Regional Territorial Election Commission decided:
1. To register the candidate Asylan Zhanibekuly, born in 1990, chief specialist of the State Institution "Akim's Office of the Kyzylzhar rural district", a resident of the village of Kurlys, as the akim of the Kyzylzhar rural district of the Irgiz district of the Aktobe region.
2. Publish in the local media a message about the registration of the elected akim.
3. Issue an appropriate certificate.
