In accordance with Article 35 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On local government and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", subparagraph 7) Article 10-1 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Veterinary" and on the basis of representation of the Chief State Sanitary Inspectorate Inspection of the Committee for Veterinary Control and Supervision of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan "from April 1, 2022 № 2-17 / 63, RESHIL:
1. To establish restrictive measures on O. Tateuly streets №2, №4 / 1, №6, №7 houses, O. Zhumabayev №1, №5, №9 / 1, №10 houses, A. Rysbayev №8 / 1 , №8 / 2, №10, №11 / 1, №12 and K.Shegebaev №2 / 1, №2 / 2, №3 in the village of Kumtogay, Kumtogay rural district, Irgiz region, in connection with the detection of brucellosis among large ruminants cattle.
2. To the state institution "Akim's office of the Kumtogaysky rural district of the Irgizsky area of the Aktyubinsk area" in the order established by the legislation to provide the state registration of the present decision in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. Control over the implementation of the current decision I leave for myself.
4. The current decision comes into force after the day of its first official publication.
