In accordance with articles 9-1, 109-1 of the Budget Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 4, 2008, article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2001 "On local government and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", the Irgiz district maslikhat DECIDED:
1. To make the following changes to the decision of the district maslikhat dated December 31, 2021 No. 93 “On approval of the budget of the Irgiz rural district for 2022-2024”:
in paragraph 1:
in subparagraph 2):
the costs of the figures "401639" shall be replaced by the figures "416,476.2";
in subparagraph 5):
the budget deficit (surplus) of the figure “0” shall be replaced by the figure “-14,837.2”;
in subparagraph 6):
financing of the deficit (use of surplus) of the budget, the figures “0” shall be replaced by the figures “14,837.2”;
used balances of budgetary funds, the figures "0" shall be replaced by the figures "14,837.2".
2. Appendix 1 to the said decision shall be stated in a new edition in accordance with the annex to this decision.
3. The state institution "Apparatus of the Irgiz district maslikhat" in the manner prescribed by law to ensure the state registration of this decision in the Department of Justice of the Aktobe region.
4. This decision shall enter into force on January 1, 2021.
