In accordance with sub-paragraph 9) Article 14, Article 45, paragraph 1 Article 113-11 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan" district election commission RESHILA:
1. To register Kobanov Ruslan Kudaibergenovich akim of Zhaisanbaisky rural district of the Irgizsky area of the Aktyubinsk area
2. To publish in mass media the information on registration of the chosen akim.
3. Issue a corresponding certificate.
