In accordance with paragraph 6 of Article 39-3 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On local government and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 18, 2013 No. 1106 "On approval of the Model rules for holding separate gatherings of the local community", the Irgiz district maslikhat DECIDED :
1. Introduce the following amendments to the decision “On Approval of the Rules for Conducting Separate Gatherings of the Local Community in the Irgiz District” dated February 19, 2014 No. 124 (registered in the Register of State Registration of Normative Legal Acts under No. 3816):
the heading is changed in the Kazakh language, the text in Russian is not changed;
The rules for holding separate gatherings of the local community in the Irgiz district, approved by the said decision, shall be amended in accordance with the annex to this decision.
2. This Resolution shall enter into force ten calendar days after the day of its first official publication.
