In accordance with subparagraph 6) of Article 14, paragraph 4 of Article 21, Article 22 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan", the Irgiz District Election Commission DECIDES:
1. To form an electoral district for the election of the akim of the Zhaysanbay rural district of the Irgiz region:
1) within the boundaries of the territory of the Zhaisanbai rural district - the Zhaisanbai constituency;
2. Publish the list of the electoral district indicating the border and location of the territorial election commission on the website of the Irgiz district election commission and in the regional newspaper "Yrgyz".
