Irgiz district maslikhat DECIDED:
1. Introduce the following changes to the decision of the district maslikhat “On approval of the Rules for the provision of social assistance, establishing the size and determining the list of certain categories of needy citizens in the Irgiz district” dated September 21, 2020 No. 333 (registered in the register of state registration of regulatory legal acts under No. 7502) the following changes :
in the Rules for the provision of social assistance, establishing the amount and determining the list of certain categories of needy citizens in the Irgiz region, approved by the said decision:
in paragraph 9:
subparagraph 2) shall be stated in the following new wording:
“2) Veterans equated in benefits to veterans of the Great Patriotic War, veterans of military operations on the territory of other states for utilities during 6 months of the heating season (from January 1 to April 15, from October 15 to December 31) in the amount of 10,000 ( ten thousand) tenge, according to the lists provided by the authorized body;”;
subparagraph 3) shall be stated in the following new wording:
“3) to other persons who are subject to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 6, 2020 “On Veterans” (hereinafter referred to as the Law “On Veterans”) for utilities during 6 months of the heating season (from January 1 to April 15, from 15 October to December 31) in the amount of 10,000 (ten thousand) tenge;”;
in paragraph 14:
in subparagraph 2):
the numbers and words "30,000 (thirty thousand)" shall be replaced by numbers and the words "50,000 (fifty thousand).
2. This decision is valid after ten calendar days after the day of its first official publication.
