During 2021, the work done was aimed at fulfilling the instructions arising from the President's Address to the people of Kazakhstan, work on the implementation of state and regional programs to improve the welfare of the population, the implementation of the instructions of the head of the region, the execution of the budget and the use of budget funds, the solution of other issues aimed at improving housing conditions of the population, the implementation of critical remarks of the population expressed at the reporting meeting over the past year.
The rural district includes 3 settlements: the village of Kurylys, Zhanys bi and Shenbertal. The total population of the district is 2358 people, of which 1030 people in the village of Kurylys, 672 people in Zhanys bi, and 656 people in Shenbertal. Of these, 204 are pensioners, 1386 are able-bodied people.
In the district, the population is constantly served by 3 comprehensive secondary schools, 3 nurseries, 1 medical outpatient clinic, 2 medical assistant points, 1 House of Culture, 2 village clubs, a centralized model library, 2 rural libraries, Kazpost offices, electrical distribution networks, television broadcasting , communication offices of "Kazakhtelecom", water management institutions and a fire station.
