In accordance with paragraph 2 of Article 31 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 23, 2001 "On local government and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", subparagraph 16) of paragraph 2 of Article 10-3 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 16, 1997 "On housing" Irgiz district DECIDES:
1. Approve the applicable rules for the provision of public services in the Irgiz district.
2. To the state institution "Irgizsky regional department of construction, architecture, housing and communal services, passenger transport and highways" to provide in the established order:
1) placement of the current decision on the Internet resource of the Akimat of Irgiz district, after its official publication.
3. Control over the implementation of the current decision to lay the curious deputy akim of Irgiz district.
4. The present resolution shall enter into force on the date of the tenth calendar day following the day of its first official publication.
