In accordance with paragraph 2-10 of Article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On local government and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 5, 2021 No. 787 "On approval of the Rules for the payment of a tourist fee for foreigners", Irgiz district maslikhat DECISION :
1. To approve the rates of the tourist contribution for foreigners in tourist accommodation from January 1 to December 31, 2022 inclusive - 0 (zero) percent of the cost of stay.
2. This decision comes into force on January 1, 2022.
