In accordance with paragraph 2 of Article 27 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Legal Acts", the Irgiz district maslikhat DECIDED:
1.Recognized as invalid the following decisions of the Irgiz district maslikhat.
1) the decision of the Irgiz district maslikhat "On approval of the Rules for the management of ownerless waste recognized by the court decision as received into the communal property in the Irgiz district" on November 10, 2017 No. 104 (registered in the Register of state registration of normative legal acts under No. 5702);
2) the decision of the Irgiz district maslikhat dated December 25, 2019 No. 262 "On amendments to the decision of the Irgiz district maslikhat dated November 10, 2017 No. 104" On the approval of the Rules for the management of ownerless waste recognized by the court decision as received into the communal property in the Irgiz district "(registered in the Register of State Registration of Normative Legal Acts under No. 6621).
2. This decision shall be effective upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the day of its first official publication.
