Irgiz district maslikhat DECIDED:
"1. To make the following changes to the decision of the district maslikhat dated January 5, 2021 No. 367" On approval of the budget of the Kyzylzhar rural district for 2021-2023 "(registered in the Register of state registration of normative legal acts No. 7952):
Clause 1 shall be reworded:
“1. To approve the budget of the Kyzylzhar rural district for 2021-2023 in accordance with Appendices 1, 2 and 3, respectively, including for 2021 in the following volumes:
1) income - 156 767.2 thousand tenge, including:
tax receipts - 1,986 thousand tenge;
non-tax receipts - 45 thousand tenge;
proceeds from the sale of fixed capital - 0 tenge;
receipts of transfers - 154 736.2 thousand tenge;
2) costs - 156 870.7 thousand tenge;
3) net budget lending - 0 tenge, including;
budget loans - 0 tenge:
repayment of budget loans - 0 tenge;
4) balance on operations with financial assets - 0 tenge, including;
purchase of financial assets - 0 tenge;
receipts from the sale of financial assets of the state - 0 tenge;
5) budget deficit (surplus) - -103.5 thousand tenge;
6) financing the budget deficit (using the surplus) - 103.5 thousand tenge, including:
receipt of loans - 0 tenge;
repayment of loans - 0 tenge;
used balances of budgetary funds - 103.5 thousand tenge. ”.
Clause 5 shall be reworded:
"5. To take into account in the budget of the Kyzylzhar rural district for 2021 the receipt of current targeted transfers from the republican and regional budgets through the district budget:
to increase the wages of employees of state organizations: home service organizations, employment centers - 113 thousand tenge;
for the establishment of additional payments to the official salary for special working conditions in cultural organizations and archival institutions for the management and main personnel of state cultural organizations and archival institutions - 1 501 thousand tenge;
for the implementation of measures on social and engineering infrastructure in rural settlements within the framework of the project "Auyl-El besigi" - 99 611 thousand tenge. "
2. Appendix 1 to the said decision shall be stated in a new edition in accordance with the annex to this decision.
3. This decision comes into force on January 1, 2021.
