In accordance with article 31 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On local government and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", articles 8, 27 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On the regulation of trade activities", the Akimat of the Irgiz district DECIDES:
1. Introduce the following amendment to the resolution of the Akimat of the Irgiz district dated December 6, 2016 No. 223 "On the determination of specially designated places for carrying out outbound trade in the territory of the Irgiz district" (registered in the Register of state registration of normative legal acts under No. 5194):
in paragraph 1 of the resolution in the state language the word "belgileu" shall be replaced by the word "aiqyndau".
2. The state institution "Department of entrepreneurship and agriculture of the Irgiz district" in the manner prescribed by law to ensure:
1) state registration of this resolution with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) posting this resolution on the Internet resource of the akimat of the Irgiz district.
3. Control over the implementation of this resolution shall be entrusted to the supervising deputy akim of the district.
4. This resolution comes into force after the day of its first official publication.
