Irgiz district maslikhat DECIDED:
1. Introduce to the decision of the Irgiz district maslikhat "On the establishment of an increased by twenty-five percent of official salaries and tariff rates for specialists in the field of social security, education, culture and sports, who are civil servants and work in rural areas in the Irgiz district" dated November 18, 2019 No. 251 (registered in the register of state registration of normative legal acts under No. 6474) the following changes:
to state the title of the said decision in a new edition:
“On the establishment of a twenty-five percent increase in official salaries and tariff rates for specialists in the field of social security and culture, who are civil servants and work in rural areas in the Irgiz district”;
Clause 1 of the said decision shall be reworded:
"1. Establish a twenty-five percent higher official salaries and tariff rates for social security and cultural professionals who are civil servants and work in rural areas in the Irgiz region, in comparison with the salaries and rates of civil servants engaged in these types of activities in urban conditions, at the expense of funds of the district budget."
2. Control over the implementation of this decision shall be entrusted to the state institution "Department of Economics and Budget Planning of the Irgiz District" (as agreed).
3. This decision shall enter into force on the day of state registration and shall come into effect upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the day of its first official publication.
