In accordance with article 35 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On local government and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", with subparagraph 8) of article 10-1 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On veterinary medicine" and on the basis of the submission of the acting chief state veterinary and sanitary inspector, the state institution " Irgiz District Territorial Inspectorate of the Committee for Veterinary Control and Supervision of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan "dated September 17, 2021 No. 2-18 / 192 DECIDED:
1. To remove the restrictive measures established on the territory of the Olzhas peasant farm located in the Ketik wintering and the Tulebay peasant farm located in the Kydyr wintering in the Karasai village of the Kumtogay rural district of the Irgiz district of the Aktobe region, in connection with a complex of veterinary measures to eliminate diseases of brucellosis among cattle.
2. To recognize as invalid the decision of the akim of the Kumtogay rural district of the Irgiz region "On the establishment of restrictive measures" dated June 9, 2021 No. 3 (registered in the Register of State Registration of Normative Legal Acts under No. 22997).
3. The state institution "Akim's office of the Kumtogay rural district of the Irgiz district of the Aktobe region" in the manner prescribed by law to ensure the state registration of this decision with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. I reserve control over the execution of this decision.
5. This decision comes into force after the day of its first official publication.
