In accordance with article 35 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On local government and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", subparagraph 7) of article 10-1 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On veterinary medicine" Inspection of the Committee for Veterinary Control and Supervision of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan "dated October 11, 2021 No. 2-18 / 205 DECIDED:
1. Establish quarantine on the territory of the "Mukasan" peasant farm located in the "Shokelbai" wintering house in the Zhaisanbay village of the Zhaisanbay rural district of the Irgiz region, in connection with the detection of the disease emphysematous carbuncle among cattle.
2. The state institution "Akim apparatus of the Zhaisanbay rural district of the Irgiz district of the Aktobe region" in the manner prescribed by law to ensure the state registration of this decision with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. I reserve control over the execution of this decision.
4. This decision comes into force after the day of its first official publication.
