In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On local government and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On taxes and other obligatory payments to the budget" (Tax Code), the Akimat of the Irgiz district DECIDES:
1. To approve the zoning factor, taking into account the location of the taxation object in the Irgiz district according to the appendix.
2. To recognize as invalid the resolution of the Akimat of the Irgiz district of September 4, 2020 No. 175 "On approval of the zoning coefficient, taking into account the location of the taxable object in the Irgiz district" (registered in the Register of state registration of normative legal acts No. 7404).
3. The state institution "Department of Economics and Budget Planning of the Irgiz District" in the manner prescribed by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan shall ensure:
1) state registration of this resolution with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) posting this resolution on the Internet resource of the akimat of the Irgiz district after its official publication.
4. Control over the implementation of this resolution shall be entrusted to the supervising deputy akim of the Irgiz district.
5. This regulation comes into force on January 1, 2022.
