Zhubanazarov Nurken Nurtayevich, akim of Kumtogai rural district, was born in 1987. He is a chief specialist of the Irgiz district akim's office. He lives in the village of Irgiz Irgiz rural district.
The Irgiz District Electoral Commission in accordance with Article 45 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan" by a decision of September 20, 2021 registered the elected September 19, 2021 Akim of Kumtogaysky rural district of Irgiz.
