A participant who is an individual and a legal entity shall submit the following documents for participation in the competition:
1) application for participation in the competition;
2) a competitive proposal;
In the tender proposal:
1) Business plan (forecasted volume of investments, area of cultivation of agricultural crops, livestock of farm animals, agricultural technologies used, availability of agricultural machinery and technological equipment, qualified specialists in the field of agriculture, number of jobs created);
2) Implementation of measures for the development and development of the project of on-farm land management, the development of agricultural infrastructure;
3) Should contain obligations to comply with the requirements of the land legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, including the rules for the rational use of agricultural land, the implementation of indicative indicators for the diversification of the structure of sown areas of agricultural crops in accordance with the specialization of the region, compliance with scientifically based agricultural technologies, phytosanitary and quarantine requirements.
The tender proposal is submitted in a stitched form with numbered pages in a sealed or sealed with indelible ink closed envelope, the last page of the tender proposal is certified by the participant's signature - for individuals (or a proxy) and the signature of the chief executive (or proxy) and the seal (if any) - for legal entities.
Acceptance and registration of applications for participation in the competition is carried out within 15 working days after the expiration of 30 calendar days from the date of publication of the notice of the competition. The layout of the land plots put up for the competition can be found on the Internet resource of the local executive body, in the information corners of rural districts and the district department of land relations.
