In accordance with Article 35 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Local State Administration and Self-Government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", subparagraph 7) of Article 10-1 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Veterinary Medicine" and on the basis of the submission of the Chief state veterinary and sanitary inspector, the state institution "Irgiz district territorial Inspection of the Committee for Veterinary Control and Supervision of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan" dated July 30, 2021 No. 2-18/150 DECIDED:
1. To establish quarantine on the territory of the peasant farm "IDM-KTA" located in the winter quarters "Isataya mosque" of the village of Zhaysanbay of the Zhaysanbay rural district of the Irgiz district, in connection with the detection of the disease emphysematous carbuncle among cattle.
2.The state institution "The Office of the akim of the Zhaysanbay rural district of the Irgiz district of the Aktobe region", in accordance with the procedure established by law, shall ensure the state registration of this decision in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3.I reserve control over the execution of this decision.
4. This decision shall enter into force after the day of its first official publication.
