In accordance with Article 113-1 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan", the Irgiz District Election Commission DECIDES:
1. To appoint for September 19, 2021 the elections of the akim of the Kumtogay rural district of the Irgiz region:
2. To establish the nomination of candidates from August 21, 2021 and the end of the term for the nomination of candidates for akims of the Kumtogay rural district until 18:00 local time on September 3, 2021.
3. Establish the expiry of the registration period for candidates for akims of the Kumtogay rural district until 18:00 local time on September 8, 2021.
4. Publish this resolution on the website of the Irgiz District Election Commission and in the regional newspaper "Yrgyz".
