About the approval of the norms of formation and accumulation of municipal waste, tariffs for the collection, export, disposal, processing and disposal of solid household waste in the Irgiz district

In accordance with sub-paragraphs 1) and 3), paragraphs 2, of Article 365 of the Environmental Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2001 "On Local State Administration and Self-Government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", Order of the Minister of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 25, 2014 No. 145 "On approval of Standard Rules for calculating the norms of formation and accumulation of municipal waste" and Order of the Minister of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 1, 2016 No. 404 "On approval of the Methodology for calculating the Tariff for collection, export, disposal, processing and disposal of solid household waste " registered in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts No. 14285, the Irgiz district Maslikhat DECIDED:

  1. To approve the norms for the formation and accumulation of municipal waste in the Irgiz district in accordance with Annex 1 to this decision.
  2. Approve tariffs for the collection, export, disposal, processing and disposal of solid household waste in the Irgiz district in accordance with Annex 2 to this decision.
  3. The state institution "The Apparatus of the Irgiz district Maslikhat" shall ensure the state registration of this decision in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan in accordance with the procedure established by law.
  4. This decision shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
