DECIDES:
1. To add to the resolution of the Akimat of the Irgiz district of November 15, 2019 No. 196 "On determining the list of positions of specialists in the field of social security, education, culture and sports who are civil servants and work in rural areas" (registered in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts No. 6462) the following changes:
the title of the resolution shall be stated as follows:
"On the definition of the list of positions of specialists in the field of social security and culture, who are civil servants and work in rural areas in the Irgiz district";
Clause 1 of the resolution shall be stated as follows:
"one. Determine the list of positions of specialists in the field of social security and culture, who are civil servants and work in rural areas in the Irgiz region in accordance with the annex to this resolution. ";
the annex to the said resolution shall be stated in a new edition in accordance with the annex to this resolution.
2. The state institution "Department of Economics and Budget Planning of the Irgiz District" in the manner prescribed by law to ensure:
1) state registration of this resolution with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) posting this resolution on the Internet resource of the akimat of the Irgiz district.
3. Control over the implementation of this resolution shall be entrusted to the supervising deputy akim of the district.
4. This resolution comes into force after the day of its first official publication.
