In accordance with article 35 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On local government and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", subparagraph 7) of article 10-1 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On veterinary medicine" Inspection of the Committee for Veterinary Control and Supervision of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan "dated May 19, 2021 No. 2-18 / 107 DECIDED:
1. To establish restrictive measures on the territory of the Olzhas peasant farm located in the Ketik wintering house and the Tulebay peasant farm located in the Kydyr wintering house of the Karasai village of the Kumtogay rural district of the Irgiz district, in connection with the detection of brucellosis among cattle.
2. The state institution "Akim's office of the Kumtogay rural district of the Irgiz district of the Aktobe region" in the manner prescribed by law to ensure the state registration of this decision with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. I reserve control over the execution of this decision.
4. This decision comes into force after the day of its first official publication.
