On amendments to the decision of the district maslikhat
dated January 5, 2021 No. 367 "On approval of the budget of the Kyzylzhar rural district for 2021-2023"
Irgiz district maslikhat DECIDED:
"1. To make the following changes to the decision of the district maslikhat dated January 5, 2021 No. 367" On approval of the budget of the Kyzylzhar rural district for 2021-2023 "(registered in the Register of state registration of normative legal acts No. 7952):
Clause 1 shall be reworded:
"1._ To approve the budget of the Kyzylzhar rural district for 2021-2023 in accordance with Appendices 1, 2 and 3, respectively, including for 2021 in the following volumes:
1) income - 60 830 thousand tenge, including:
tax receipts - 2 686 thousand tenge;
non-tax receipts - 45 thousand tenge;
proceeds from the sale of fixed capital - 0 tenge;
receipts of transfers - 58,099 thousand tenge;
2) costs - 60,933.5 thousand tenge;
3) net budget lending - 0 tenge, including;
budget loans - 0 tenge:
repayment of budget loans - 0 tenge;
4) balance on operations with financial assets - 0 tenge, including;
purchase of financial assets - 0 tenge;
receipts from the sale of financial assets of the state - 0 tenge;
5) budget deficit (surplus) - -103.5 thousand tenge;
6) financing the budget deficit (using the surplus) - 103.5 thousand tenge, including:
receipt of loans - 0 tenge;
repayment of loans - 0 tenge;
used balances of budgetary funds - 103.5 thousand tenge. ”.
in point 5:
in paragraph four:
the digits "20 000" shall be replaced by the digits "10 063".
2. Appendix 1 to the said decision shall be stated in a new edition in accordance with the annex to this decision.
3. This decision comes into force on January 1, 2021.
