On amendments to the decision of the regional maslikhat
dated January 5, 2021 No. 365 "On approval of the budget of the Irgiz rural district for 2021-2023"
Irgiz district maslikhat DECIDED:
1. To make the following changes to the decision of the district maslikhat dated January 5, 2021 No. 365 "On approval of the budget of the Irgiz rural district for 2021-2023" (registered in the Register of state registration of normative legal acts under No. 7949):
Clause 1 shall be reworded:
“1. To approve the budget of the Irgiz rural district for 2021-2023 in accordance with Appendices 1, 2 and 3, respectively, including for 2021 in the following volumes:
1) income - 340 637 thousand tenge, including:
tax receipts - 14 806 thousand tenge;
non-tax receipts - 80 thousand tenge;
proceeds from the sale of fixed capital - 0 tenge;
receipts of transfers - 325 751 thousand tenge;
2) costs - 341,073.7 thousand tenge;
3) net budget lending - 0 tenge, including;
budget loans - 0 tenge:
repayment of budget loans - 0 tenge;
4) balance on operations with financial assets - 0 tenge, including;
purchase of financial assets - 0 tenge;
receipts from the sale of financial assets of the state - 0 tenge;
5) budget deficit (surplus) - -436.7 thousand tenge;
6) financing the budget deficit (using the surplus) - 436.7 thousand tenge, including:
receipt of loans - 0 tenge;
repayment of loans - 0 tenge;
used balances of budgetary funds - 436.7 thousand tenge. ”.
Clause 6 shall be reworded:
6. To take into account in the budget of the Irgiz rural district for 2021 the receipt of current targeted transfers from the district budget:
for the provision of social assistance to citizens in need at home - 306 thousand tenge;
for the improvement of settlements - 192 450 thousand tenge;
for the development of estimate documentation for the average repair of highways - 2000 thousand tenge;
for major and medium repairs of regional highways and streets of settlements - 13 503 thousand tenge.
The distribution of the indicated amounts of transfers is determined on the basis of the decision of the akim of the rural district. "
2. Appendix 1 to the said decision shall be stated in a new edition in accordance with the annex to this decision.
3. This decision comes into force on January 1, 2021.
