Cancellation of the decision to register K. Kudabaev
In accordance with paragraph 6 of Article 36-1 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Local Public Administration and Self-Government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", to cancel the decision of the Irgiz District Territorial Election Commission of May 18, 2021 on registration of the candidate for akim of the Nurinsky rural district Kudabaev Kabidolla Iyaruly of May 24 2021 on the basis of a voluntary cancellation statement.
1. To send this decision to the akim of the Irgiz region.
2. Publish the present decision in the local media and on the Internet.
