In accordance with article 35 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2001 "On local state government and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", subparagraph 7) of article 10-1 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 10, 2002 "On veterinary medicine" and on the basis of the submission of the main state veterinary and sanitary inspector state institution "Irgiz regional territorial inspection of the Committee of veterinary control and supervision of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan" dated May 19, 2021 No. 2-18 / 107 akim of the Kumtogay rural district DECIDED:
1. To establish restrictive measures on the territory of the Olzhas peasant farm located in the Ketik wintering house, the Tulebay peasant farm located in the Kydyr wintering house of the Karasai village of the Kumtogay rural district of the Irgiz district, in connection with the detection of brucellosis among cattle.
2. The state institution "Akim's office of the Kumtogay rural district of the Irgiz district of the Aktobe region" in the manner prescribed by law to ensure the state registration of this decision in the Department of Justice of the Aktobe region.
3. I reserve control over the execution of this decision.
4. This decision comes into force from the day of its first official publication.
