In accordance with Articles 36, 36-1 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2001 No. 148 "On local state government and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", the Irgiz district territorial election commission DECIDES:
1.Set the elections of akims of the Irgiz and Nurinsky rural districts for June 4, 2021.
2. The nomination of candidates for akims of the Irgiz and Nurinsky rural districts will be carried out from May 5 to May 9, 2021.
3. To register candidates for akims of the Irgiz and Nurinsky rural districts from May 10 to May 19, 2021.
4. To approve the calendar plan of the main activities for the preparation and conduct of elections of akims of the Irgiz and Nurinsky rural districts.
5. To publish this regulation in the media.
6. To send this resolution to the akim of the Irgiz district and the secretary of the Irgiz district maslikhat.
