State services provided by local executive bodies in the Irgiz region (97 services in total) were rendered by 14 structural divisions of the district akim's apparatus. Of these, 7 are the offices of akims of rural districts.
The number of public services provided by local executive bodies in the district in 2020 amounted to 5430 services. Including:
- the number of public services provided by service providers (except for those provided through a state corporation) in paper form, total-854, but only through service providers-295;
- the number of services rendered in electronic form through the information systems of the service provider - 3581 services.
- The number of services rendered through the state corporation amounted to 700, and through the web portal of the electronic government - 780 services.
In accordance with the "plan of measures for internal control over the quality of public services provided for 2020", 12 internal control measures were carried out during the reporting period.
1 violation of the terms for the provision of public services was admitted. The responsible specialist was imposed a disciplinary penalty in the form of a "warning" and an administrative fine on the head of the department. No paper licensing applications were received.
There were no complaints about the provision of government services.
There are no revealed facts of violations of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of public services, refusals to provide public services to a service recipient, complaints about the quality of public services in violation of the terms of consideration.
In total, during the reporting period, explanatory measures were taken to improve the quality of the provision of public services-26, that is, the district departments published 14 articles, held 12 seminars-meetings with the participation of 99 people.
