In accordance with Articles 18 and 139 of the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 23, 2015, and Article 31 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2001 "On local government and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 6, 2016 "On legal acts ", the akimat of the Irgiz district DECIDES:
1. To add to the resolution of the Irgiz district Akimat of November 15, 2019 No. 196 "On determining the list of positions of specialists in the field of social security, education, culture and sports who are civil servants and work in rural areas" (registered in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts No. 6462, published in the Reference Control Bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan in electronic form on November 19, 2019) the following changes:
the title of the resolution shall be stated as follows:
"On the definition of the list of positions of specialists in the field of social security and culture, who are civil servants and work in rural areas";
Clause 1 of the resolution shall be stated as follows:
"one. Determine the list of positions of specialists in the field of social security and culture who are civil servants and work in rural areas in accordance with the annex to this resolution. ";
the annex to the said resolution shall be amended in accordance with the annex to this resolution.
2. The state institution "Department of Economics and Budget Planning of the Irgiz district " in the manner prescribed by law to ensure:
1) state registration of this resolution in the Department of Justice of the Aktobe region;
2) posting of this resolution on the Internet resource of the akimat of the Irgiz district.
3. Control over the implementation of this resolution shall be entrusted to the supervising deputy akim of the district.
4. This resolution comes into force from the day of its first official publication.
