In accordance with articles 9-1, 109-1 of the Budget Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 4, 2008, article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2001 "On local government and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", the Irgiz district maslikhat DECIDED:
1. To include in the decision of the district maslikhat dated January 5, 2021 No. 366 "On approval of the budget of the Amankol rural district for 2021-2023" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts No. 7953, published on January 11, 2021 in the Reference Control Bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan in electronic form) the following changes and additions:
in point 1:
in subparagraph 1):
income figures "60 342" to replace the figures "77 973";
including:
the receipt of transfers to replace the figures "57 866" with the figures "75 497";
in subparagraph 2):
the costs of the figures "60 342" shall be replaced by the figures "78 356.5";
in subparagraph 5):
the budget deficit should be replaced by the numbers “0” with the numbers “-383.5”;
in subparagraph 6):
the financing of the budget deficit shall be replaced by the numbers “0” with the numbers “383.5”;
the used balances of budgetary funds shall be replaced by the numbers “0” with the numbers “383.5”.
add clause 4-1 as follows:
"4-1. To take into account in the budget of the Amankol rural district for 2021 the receipt of current targeted transfers from the regional budget:
"For the implementation of measures for social and engineering infrastructure in rural settlements within the framework of the project" Auyl-El besigі - 17631 thousand tenge. "
2. Appendix 1 to the said decision shall be revised in accordance with the appendix to this decision.
3. The state institution "Apparatus of the Irgiz district maslikhat" in the manner prescribed by law to ensure:
1) state registration of this decision in the Department of Justice of the Aktobe region;
2) posting this decision on the Internet resource of the akimat of the Irgiz district after its official publication.
4. This decision is effective from January 1, 2021.
