In accordance with articles 9-1, 109-1 of the Budget Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 4, 2008, article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2001 "On local government and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", the maslikhat of the Irgiz district DECIDED:
1. To include in the decision of the district maslikhat dated January 5, 2021 No.369 "On approval of the budget of the Nurinsky rural district for 2021-2023" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts No.7962, published on January 8, 2021 in the Reference Control Bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan in electronic form) the following changes and additions:
in point 1:
income figures "22 836" to replace the figures "24 836";
including:
the receipt of transfers to replace the figures "20 359" with the figures "22 359";
in subparagraph 2):
the costs of the figures "22 836" shall be replaced by the figures "25 092.7";
in subparagraph 5):
the deficit (surplus) of the budget to replace the numbers "0" with the numbers "-256.7";
in subparagraph 6):
financing the deficit (using the surplus) of the budget to replace the numbers "0" with the numbers "256.7";
the used balances of budgetary funds shall be replaced by the digits "0" with the digits "256.7".
add clause 4-1 as follows:
"4-1. To take into account in the budget of the Nurinsky rural district for 2021 the receipt of current targeted transfers from the district budget:
for the development of estimate documentation for lighting the streets of settlements - 1,000 thousand tenge;
for the development of estimate documentation for the average repair of highways - 1,000 thousand tenge. "
The distribution of the indicated amounts of transfers is determined on the basis of the decision of the akim of the rural district.
2. Appendix 1 to the said decision shall be stated in a new edition in accordance with the annex to this decision.
3. The state institution "Apparatus of the Irgiz district maslikhat" in the manner prescribed by law to ensure the state registration of this decision in the Department of Justice of the Aktobe region.
4. This decision is effective from January 1, 2021.
