In accordance with articles 9-1, 109-1 of the Budget Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 4, 2008, article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2001 "On local government and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", the Irgiz district maslikhat DECIDED:
1. To include in the decision of the district maslikhat dated January 5, 2021 No.367 "On approval of the budget of the Kyzylzhar rural district for 2020-2022" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts No.7952, published on January 11, 2021 in the Reference Control Bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan in electronic form) the following changes and additions:
in point 1:
in subparagraph 1):
income figures "50 767" to replace the figures "70 767";
including:
the receipt of transfers to replace the figures "48 036" with the figures "68 036";
in subparagraph 2):
the costs of the figures "50 767" shall be replaced by the figures "70 870.5";
in subparagraph 5):
the deficit (surplus) of the budget to replace the figures "0" with the figures "-103.5";
in subparagraph 6):
financing the deficit (using the surplus) of the budget to replace the numbers "0" with the numbers "103.5";
the used balances of budgetary funds shall be replaced by the numbers "0" with the numbers "103.5".
Item 6:
add the fourth paragraph as follows:
"For the implementation of measures for social and engineering infrastructure in rural settlements within the framework of the project" Auyl-El besigі - 20,000 thousand tenge. "
2. Appendix 1 to the said decision shall be revised in accordance with the appendix to this decision.
3. The state institution "Apparatus of the Irgiz district maslikhat" in the manner prescribed by law to ensure the state registration of this decision in the Department of Justice of the Aktobe region.
4. This decision is effective from January 1, 2021.
