In accordance with articles 31, 37 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2001 "On local government and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", article 27 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 6, 2016 "On legal acts", the Akimat of the Irgiz district DECIDES:
1. To recognize as invalid some resolutions of the Irgiz district akimat in accordance with the annex to this resolution.
2. The state institution "Irgiz district department of education" in the manner prescribed by law to ensure:
1) state registration of this resolution in the Department of Justice of the Aktobe region;
2) posting this resolution on the Internet resource of the akimat of the Irgiz region after its official publication.
3. Control over the implementation of this resolution shall be entrusted to the supervising deputy akim of the district.
4. This resolution comes into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the day of its first official publication.
