In accordance with articles 9, 106 of the Budget Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 4, 2008, article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2001 "On local government and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", the Irgiz district maslikhat DECIDED:
1. To include in the decision of the district maslikhat of December 24, 2020 No. 359 "On approval of the Irgiz district budget for 2021-2023" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts No. 7843, published on December 28, 2020 in the reference control bank of regulatory legal acts Of the Republic of Kazakhstan in electronic form) the following changes and additions:
in point 1:
in subparagraph 1):
income figures "4 695 507" to replace the figures "4 845 031.1";
including:
the receipt of transfers to replace the figures "4 161 409" with the figures "4 310 933.1";
in subparagraph 2):
the costs of the figures "4 695 507" shall be replaced by the figures "4 944 710.8";
in subparagraph 5):
the deficit (surplus) of the budget to replace the figures "-48 328" with the figures "-148 007.7";
financing the deficit (using the surplus) to replace the numbers "48 328" with the numbers "148 007.7";
repayment of loans to replace the figures "17 304" with the figures "17304.8";
the used balances of budgetary funds shall be replaced by the numbers “0” with the numbers “99 680.5”.
In point 9:
add the following paragraphs:
“111 893 thousand tenge - for the development of the water supply system in rural areas;
37,631 thousand tenge - for the development of social and engineering infrastructure in rural settlements within the framework of the project "Auyl-El besigi".
In paragraph 10:
add the following paragraphs:
“37,631 thousand tenge - for the development of social and engineering infrastructure in rural areas within the framework of the project“ Auyl-El besigi ”;
2,000 thousand tenge - for the development of an estimate of the work on lighting the streets of settlements;
4,000 thousand tenge - for the development of estimate documentation for the average repair of highways. "
2. Appendix 1 to the said decision shall be revised in accordance with the annex to this decision.
3. The state institution "Apparatus of the Irgiz district maslikhat" in the manner prescribed by law to ensure the state registration of this decision in the Department of Justice of the Aktobe region.
4. This decision is effective from January 1, 2021.
