In order to prevent the spread of coronavirus infection COVID-19 (hereinafter referred to as COVID-19) among the population of the Aktobe region, in accordance with subparagraph 2 of Article 104 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 7, 2020 "On people's health and the health care system", by order of the Minister of National Economy of the Republic Kazakhstan dated February 25, 2015 No. 130 "On approval of the List of infectious diseases, with the threat of the emergence and spread of which restrictive measures are introduced, including quarantine" and by order of the Minister of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 20, 2015 No. 239 "On approval of the Rules for the implementation of restrictive activities, including quarantine, on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan ", resolutions of the Chief State Sanitary Doctor of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 67 of December 25, 2020, No. 68 of December 25, 2020, No. 5 of 02/04/2021 I DECIDE:
1. To add to the resolution of the acting The Chief State Sanitary Doctor of the Aktobe region dated January 13, 2021 No. ПГСВ-1 "Restrictive quarantine measures on the territory of the Aktobe region" the following changes and additions:
1) exclude subparagraph 7) of paragraph 1.1;
2) add the following paragraph of subparagraph 1) of paragraph 1.2:
- "to permit the operation of ice skating rinks in the shopping and entertainment center with the obligatory observance of social distance, mask regime with occupancy rate of no more than 50%";
3) subparagraph 31) of paragraph 1.2 shall be stated in the following edition:
- “to allow namaz in mosques (devil namaz), collective worship, with occupancy rates up to 30%, but no more than 100 people; prayer of prayer only in rural areas, in mosques, with a capacity of up to 150 people, no more than 25% occupancy, subject to the requirements of Appendix 20 of the Resolution of the Chief State Sanitary Doctor of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 67 dated December 25, 2020 "
4) subparagraph 33) of paragraph 1.2 shall be amended as follows:
- "to permit the operation of theaters, cinemas, concert halls, subject to the occupancy rate of no more than 50% and the requirements of Appendix 9 of the Resolution of the Chief State Sanitary Doctor of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 67 dated December 25, 2020";
5) paragraph 4 shall be supplemented with subparagraph 7) as follows:
- "to permit the operation of public catering facilities at educational facilities, secondary and higher educational institutions, subject to the requirements of Appendix 46 of the Resolution of the Chief State Sanitary Doctor of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 67 dated December 25, 2020".
2. To the Department of Internal Policy of Aktobe region:
2.1. Conduct a massive informing of the population about restrictive and quarantine measures and their gradual mitigation in the territory of the Aktobe region through the media and social networks;
2.2. Ensure unified coordination and centralization of the work of the media, taking into account the changing situation and the increase in the number of cases.
3. The chief state sanitary doctors of the city of Aktobe and districts of the Aktobe region have the right to make decisions on toughening quarantine measures, depending on the current epidemiological situation in the relevant territory.
4. The resolution is binding on all individuals and legal entities, regardless of the form of ownership.
5. I reserve control over the execution of this resolution.
6. This resolution comes into force from the date of signing.
