In accordance with paragraph 2 of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated August 27, 2020 No. 390 "On approval of the Concept for the development of civil society in the Republic of Kazakhstan", the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:
1. To approve the attached Action Plan for the implementation of the Concept for the Development of Civil Society in the Republic of Kazakhstan (first stage: 2020 - 2025) (hereinafter - the Action Plan).
2. Central state bodies, akimats of regions, the cities of Nur-Sultan, Almaty, Shymkent and organizations (as agreed) responsible for the implementation of the Action Plan:
1) take the necessary measures to implement the Action Plan;
2) submit, once every six months, no later than the 10th day of the month following the reporting six months, information on the progress of the Action Plan implementation to the Ministry of Information and Social Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. The Ministry of Information and Social Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan shall submit, twice a year, by July 25 and January 25, summary information on the implementation of the Action Plan to the Office of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. Control over the implementation of this resolution shall be entrusted to the Ministry of Information and Social Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
5. This resolution comes into force from the date of its signing.
