On amendments and additions to the decision of the district maslikhat dated September 21, 2020 No. 333 "On approval of the Rules for the provision of social assistance, the establishment of the size and determination of the list of certain categories of citizens in need in the Irgiz district"
In accordance with article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2001 "On local government and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", article 26 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 6, 2016 "On legal acts", the Irgiz district maslikhat DECIDED:
1. To include in the decision of the district maslikhat dated September 21, 2020 No. 333 "On approval of the Rules for the provision of social assistance, establishing the size and determining the list of certain categories of citizens in need in the Irgiz district" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts No. 7502, published on October 5 2020 in the reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan in electronic form) the following changes:
in the Rules for the provision of social assistance, establishing the size and determining the list of certain categories of citizens in need in the Irgiz district, approved by the specified decision:
Clause 6 shall be stated in the following new edition:
"6. To persons specified in article 16 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 13, 2005 "On social protection of disabled people in the Republic of Kazakhstan" and in subparagraph 2) of paragraph 1 of Article 10, in subparagraph 2) of paragraph 1 of Article 11, in subparagraph 2) of paragraph 1 of Article 12, in subparagraph 2) of Article 13 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 6, 2020 "On Veterans", social assistance is provided in the manner prescribed by these rules. ";
Clause 9 shall be stated in the following new edition:
"9. Monthly social assistance without income is provided:
1) Veterans of the Great Patriotic War for utilities, in the amount of 8000 (eight thousand) tenge, according to the lists provided by the authorized body;
2) Veterans equated in terms of benefits to veterans of the Great Patriotic War, veterans of hostilities on the territory of other states for utilities for 7 months of the heating season (from January to April, from October to December) in the amount of 5,000 (five thousand) tenge, according to the lists provided by the authorized body;
3) other persons who are subject to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 6, 2020 "On Veterans" (hereinafter - the Law "On Veterans") for utilities during 7 months of the heating season (from January to April, from October to December) in the amount of 5,000 (five thousand) tenge;
4) to parents or legal representatives of children with disabilities, reimbursement of the costs of teaching children with disabilities at home, per one disabled child, in the amount of 2 (two) monthly calculation index, for the period of study, according to the lists provided by the state institution "Irgiz District Education Department ";
5) citizens suffering from oncological diseases, infected with the human immunodeficiency virus and patients with various forms of tuberculosis, according to the lists of the state communal enterprise "Irgiz District Hospital" on the right of economic management of the state institution "Health Department of Aktobe Region", provided monthly for the period of outpatient treatment, within up to six months a year, in the amount of 10 (ten) monthly calculation indices;
6) Veterans of the Great Patriotic War, invalids of I, II, III groups, disabled children up to sixteen years of age and their accompanying persons to pay for travel for treatment in the direction of the state institution "Health Administration of Aktobe region".
Social assistance is provided to these persons, if they are not fully supported by the state. ”;
in paragraph 10:
supplement with subparagraph 11) as follows:
“11) released from places of confinement and registered by the probation service in the range of up to 60,000 (sixty thousand) tenge.”;
in paragraph 14:
in subparagraph 1):
in the fourth paragraph:
the numbers and words “50,000 (fifty thousand)” shall be replaced with numbers and the words “100,000 (one hundred thousand);
in paragraph five:
the numbers and words "30,000 (thirty thousand)" shall be replaced with numbers and the words "100,000 (one hundred thousand);".
2. The state institution "Apparatus of the Irgiz district maslikhat" in the manner prescribed by law to ensure the state registration of this decision in the Department of Justice of the Aktobe region.
3. State institution "Apparatus of the Irgiz district maslikhat" to ensure the placement of this decision on the Internet resource after its official publication.
4. Control over the implementation of this decision shall be entrusted to the state institution "Irgiz District Department of Employment and Social Programs" (as agreed).
5. This decision comes into effect upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the day of its first official publication.
